ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I was assigned as the only tester in the studio, the job to take care of the QA role of this game, making sure to deliver a quality product while respecting the deadline.

On
VENICE 2089, I was a QA Tester.  
Here is a showcase of my achievements on this project:
 

  • Increased production efficiency by 10% by proactively troubleshooting game defects, resulting in a 95% certification success rate in 1 year.
     

  • Maximized user retention by guaranteeing a seamless gaming experience on diverse platforms through strict adherence to Technical Requirements Checklists (TRCs), resulting in a 100% compliance rate.
     

  • Elevated QA precision by 80% by identifying and managing over 100 bugs for cross-platform titles. Ensured high-quality gameplay and increased customer satisfaction platforms.

LOW RESOLUTION BACKGROUND

 

This obvious bug was the Nintendo Switch that was unable to perform well with high-resolution textures, making the game visually ugly. We did a lot of work to be able to make the Nintendo Switch perform well while making the proper balance adjustment to be able to let Nintendo players play this beauty.
